1.       Net Payment amount = Tk. 8,50,000.00

2.       Down Payment amount ( 60% of Total amount) = Tk. 5,10,000.00

3.       Rest 40% amount = Tk. 3,40,000.00

4.       Due amount will have to be paid by the customer with 60 no of installment along with 10% interset for five years.

5.       Total Interest for 5 years = Tk. 1,70,000.00

6.       EMI amount for 5 years = Tk. 8,500 which will have to be paid by 7th of each month.
